The objects in the series INTINGO by glass artist Veronika Beckh have an inherent lightness and aliveness. The title comes from Latin and means ’I dip into’ which describes the process. By the additive gathering of the post Veronika is able to blow up the glass partially to create new volumes. In this spontaneous way of working she emphasizes the fluid quality of glass. Veronika is working with the difference of heat and thickness of the material. Through these altering layers a graphic structure is appearing, which creates optical illusions and color fades away with each object in a unique way.
