DELIVERY
For products in stock:
The delivery time depends on the product and on the shipping country. It takes about 2-4 days within Germany and 3-6 days within Europe. Furniture items may take a few days longer.

For made-to-order products:
Please find info about the estimated delivery time within the product description.

If we foresee a significant delay in the product making or shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email.


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, except for made-to-order products!
Shipping costs are not refunded.
To request a return, please email ah@anitahansen.de with your order number for identification and you will be provided a return address and instructions.

The returned product must be in perfect condition.
It must be unworn, unused and unwashed. 
The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
Sending the package with insurance and tracking number is recommended. hvíla editions is not responsible for lost packages that were returned without a tracking number.


TAXES & CUSTOMS
For international sales outside of Europe, please be aware that local charges may occur (sales tax, customs duty). Please check with your local customs authority before ordering as these charges will not be covered by hvíla editions.
